On this page, you will find our current pricelist for the patches of land sold on MEDICI ESTATES. You may either use paypal as a payment method for your parcel, or you can pay inworld in Linden $ if you prefer to do so. Due to the value added tax applicable for german sl residents, it is recomended to transfer the amount via paypal because thus we will be able to offer you a slightly lower price.

One of our Estate Managers will be in touch with you as soon as possible and transfer the ownership of the land to you (normally, this will be taken care of within only a few hours).
We prefer receiving your monthly tier via a paypal standing order, but an inworld payment in Linden $ is acceptable as well. If you are a registered customer or interested in buying larger spots of land, you may also transfer the money directly to our bank account (valid for european residents only).

Some words on our pricing policy:
According to our experience, most of our customers prefer keeping the monthly tiers as low as possible, thus not losing track of the long-term costs of the land.
We are using about 20% of each SIM as public area that are open to all the Estate's residents. At the moment, we are in the position to offer you a fair price of 11 L$ per sqm of land - the monthly tier fees are currently 2.75 € per 512 sqm ( ca. 3.96 US $).

We would also like you to know that we are and will be using the entire income generated by land sales for the development of the Estate. This will lead to a constant improvement of the SIMs' quality, decoration offered facilities which, in the long run, will also raise the value of your personal piece of land.

If you have decided to become a landowner on the MEDICI ESTATES, please proceed as follows: First of all, choose a parcel to your liking which is marked "For Sale" inworld. You may buy it directly by paying the listed amount in L$ or you may alternatively use the offered payment system (which uses paypal) here on this site.

1. In the column marked "price" please click on the PayPal button in the line with the number of the parcel you wish to buy and finish the paying process via PayPal.
2. Now please click on the button "subscription" for monthly tier in the same line as before and finish this paying process via Paypal as well.
